SUP Start Up is a 2.5 hr evening program designed to introduce people to the fantastic world of SUP.
The aim of this program is to introduce participants to the basics of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). In the program instructors will cover balance, basic strokes, how to turn, get back on the board, info on boards and gear, basic safety principles and more.
After completing this course participants can expect to be able to visit sheltered lakes independently and have a safe and fun time on the water. Paddlers will also have a good understanding of different types of SUP available to help decide on which appeals most to them.
